Proper breathing energizes and cleanses

Proper deep breathing exercises practiced several times each day not only provides your body with an abundant supply of energizing oxygen, it also helps cleanse the kidneys and the lungs.

Dr. Regan Golob recommends that people do a 2-count-in, 8-count-hold, 4-count-out deep breathing cycle ten times first thing each morning, then repeat several times throughout the day.
