Anni and I are fortunate to know Roger Fairchild, the producer of the world’s best organic apple cider vinegar. He is a neighbor and a friend.
“But, I’ve heard that Braggs is the best!” you retort?
Well, almost right. Roger MAKES the Braggs organic apple cider vinegar — but they dilute it from his natural perfection down to 5% acidity. Still, it is the best that is locally available in most places. You’d likely dilute it to use it anyway.
If you want the very very best and you live near or pass by the I-84, Hwy 95 intersection in Idaho, three miles from the Oregon border, bring a clean glass gallon jug or two, ’cause The Honey Store is less than a mile from that intersection, and they carry Roger’s pure, perfect organic apple cider vinegar in bulk.
[Go N. — immediately turn right onto Hwy 30. It is on the N. (left) side before you reach the next intersection. 2330 Hwy 30 W, Fruitland, ID 83619 — (208) 452-7035]
Of course, you can get Braggs from most grocery stores — certainly any who sell healthy products — or, order it from Swanson’s Vitamins, who kindly provided the following chart of all these uses for it:
