Hi, I’m Bruce Wesley Chenoweth, and I confess–my health suffers from the terrible “roundtuit syndrome.”
Chances are that you do too. See if you recognize the symptoms:
- “I haven’t made any fresh juice this morning. I need to get a roundtuit.”
- “Oops! Forgot to take my supplements before bed. I never got a roundtuit.”
- “No, I didn’t take my 30-minute walk today. I got busy and never got a roundtuit.”
To combat this sinister health-diminishing syndrome I constantly remind myself that creating and maintaining good health is unquestionably the most important mission of each and every day. Without good health, none of our other lofty goals are attainable.
Good health is the very foundation of our lives. When a foundation crumbles, the remaining structure falls apart.
I also guard against the return of this life-limiting syndrome by being absolutely certain that I’ve always got a roundtuit. Here’s one for you as well.
Keep it with you always. You’ll never again be able to honestly say “I didn’t get a roundtuit.” Just gitterdone–health comes first.
Stay healthy,
Bruce
