Chapter 2: Testing Methods

Chapter Two: Testing Methods

Lucretius

Titus Lucretius Carus

“What is food for one man may be bitter poison to others.”
Titus Lucretius Carus, (better known as Lucretius)

Every body is a laboratory unique to itself. The statement by Lucretius above is both figuratively and literally correct. One well-known dramatic example is peanuts. I have been known to enjoy an entire bag in one sitting. If a friend of mine were to just place one against her lips, she would need to be rushed to the hospital to enable her to breathe freely again.

That said, peanuts can contain some sinister toxins that were sprayed on them when they were in the fields. Knowing this, I will test myself on each bag before I purchase them.

This is a good idea for even something as “healthy” as broccoli. As my friend Regan Golob points out, any particular bundle of broccoli may have been right under the sprayer arm when the applicator had to stop to clean out the spray jets. If that was the case, the broccoli in question became completely soaked with toxic material.

Fortunately, our bodies have a built-in mechanism for recognizing both the beneficial and adverse characteristics of foods, beverages and other substances. Most people can easily learn to apply one or more of the methods through which our bodies communicate this awareness to our conscious minds.

Some of these methods are known as “dowsing” (pendulum responses), “finger responses,” “natural knowing,” “push-pull,” and “muscle response.” In this book we will concentrate only on the last two—”push-pull” and “muscle response.”

Embedded below is a short video demonstration of both methods. Please note and always remember that there are some preparations that will greatly enhance the accuracy of your results. Some of these are”

  • KNOW THAT THIS IS REAL. Many of the top scientists and doctors in the world utilize these testing methods with reliable results. (i.e. Dr. David Hawkins, M.D., PhD.)
  • TRUST YOURSELF. If you believe you can, or if you believe you cannot, you are correct.
  • HYDRATE. Drink at least 8 ounces of clean water before each testing session. If you feel thirsty, make it more.
  • ALIGN YOUR ENERGY FIELD by swiping from right to left across your forehead with the first two fingers of your right hand at least five times
